Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Conversions Bridge collects when you visit conversionsbridge.com or work with us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have over all of it.

The short version

We collect what you give us

Contact details from forms and calls, plus billing and project information from clients we work with.

Our site uses tracking

Cookies, analytics, and advertising pixels record how you use the site so we can measure and improve marketing.

We don't sell your data for money

But sharing data with ad platforms may count as a "sale" or "share" under state law. You can opt out.

You have rights

Access, correct, delete, or opt out at any time. Section 12 tells you exactly how to ask.

NOTE

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties

ยง 01

Who we are

In plain terms

We're a marketing agency based in Delaware. We decide how the information described here gets used.

Conversions Bridge (Conversions Bridge LLC) is a marketing and growth consulting firm registered in Newark, DE. In this policy, "Conversions Bridge," "we," "us," and "our" refer to that company. "You" refers to anyone who visits our website, contacts us, or engages our services.

For the personal information described in this policy, Conversions Bridge acts as the business or controller โ€” meaning we determine why and how it is used. Section 9 covers the separate situation where we handle data on behalf of a client.

ยง 02

Scope of this policy

This policy applies to personal information we collect through:

  • Our website at conversionsbridge.com and any subdomains we operate.
  • Contact forms, booking links, live chat, and email or phone conversations with our team.
  • Proposals, contracts, onboarding, and ongoing delivery of consulting and marketing services.
  • Our own marketing โ€” newsletters, webinars, events, downloadable resources, and social media pages we control.

It does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or advertising networks that operate under their own privacy policies, or to our clients' own websites and products.

ยง 03

Information we collect

In plain terms

Contact and business details you type in, billing details if you hire us, and technical data your browser sends automatically.

Information you provide

  • Identifiers and contact details โ€” name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and mailing address.
  • Commercial and account information โ€” services you've inquired about or purchased, contract terms, project notes, and correspondence with our team.
  • Billing information โ€” billing address and payment records. Card numbers are collected and stored by our payment processor, not by us.
  • Content you send โ€” anything you include in a form, email, chat message, survey response, or review.
  • Recruitment information โ€” if you apply for a role with us: resume, work history, references, and anything else in your application.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and connection data โ€” IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen size, and language settings.
  • Usage data โ€” pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, clicks, referring URL, exit pages, and the search terms or campaign that brought you here.
  • Identifiers from cookies and pixels โ€” cookie IDs, advertising IDs, and similar identifiers assigned to your browser or device. See Section 6.
  • Approximate location โ€” a general region such as city and state, inferred from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, financial account credentials, precise geolocation, health data, biometric data, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, union membership, or the contents of your private communications. Please don't send us this information. If you do, we will delete it once we notice it.

ยง 04

Where we get it

We collect personal information from these sources:

  • Directly from you โ€” forms, emails, calls, meetings, contracts, and events.
  • Automatically from your device โ€” via cookies, pixels, server logs, and similar technology when you use our site.
  • From our service providers โ€” analytics, CRM, email, hosting, and payment vendors that support our operations.
  • From advertising and social platforms โ€” aggregated campaign performance, audience data, and lead form submissions from platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • From business data providers and public sources โ€” company information, professional profiles, and contact details used for business-to-business outreach.
  • From our clients โ€” where a client provides data for us to work with. Section 9 explains how we treat it.
ยง 05

How we use it

In plain terms

To answer you, deliver the work, run the business, market ourselves, and stay on the right side of the law.

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and prepare proposals.
  • Deliver, manage, and support our consulting and marketing services.
  • Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain financial records.
  • Operate, secure, debug, and improve our website and internal systems.
  • Measure and analyze how our website and campaigns perform.
  • Send newsletters, service updates, case studies, and other marketing you've agreed to receive.
  • Deliver and measure our own advertising, including audiences built for retargeting.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, spam, and security incidents.
  • Enforce our agreements, establish or defend legal claims, and comply with applicable law.
  • Evaluate job applications.

We do not use personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement, and we do not use it to train third-party artificial intelligence models.

ยง 06

Cookies and tracking technologies

In plain terms

Small files and invisible scripts that remember you between visits and tell advertising platforms what worked. You can turn most of them off.

We and our partners use cookies, web beacons, pixels, tags, local storage, and server-side tracking. They fall into four groups:

CategoryWhat it doesCan you turn it off?
Strictly necessary Loads pages, keeps sessions active, balances traffic, blocks spam submissions. No โ€” the site won't work without these.
Performance and analytics Counts visits, tracks navigation paths, measures page speed and errors. Yes.
Functional Remembers preferences such as language or a dismissed banner. Yes, with reduced convenience.
Advertising and targeting Builds audiences, retargets visitors, and attributes conversions to campaigns. Yes.

Tools we currently use include [Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, HubSpot, Hotjar โ€” edit this list to match your actual stack]. Each operates under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

  • Cookie banner โ€” adjust your preferences any time via [link to your cookie settings, e.g. "Cookie Settings" in the footer].
  • Browser settings โ€” most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking all cookies may break parts of the site.
  • Industry opt-outs โ€” the DAA WebChoices tool and the NAI opt-out page cover many advertising networks.
  • Google Analytics โ€” install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Global Privacy Control

Our website recognizes the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or extension sends GPC, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information from that browser, in the states where that signal must be honored. Because the signal is tied to a browser, you'll need to send it from each browser and device you use.

Do Not Track

There is no common industry standard for responding to browser "Do Not Track" headers, so our site does not respond to them. We do honor GPC as described above.

ยง 07

How we share it

In plain terms

With the vendors that run our business, with advertising platforms, and with lawyers or authorities when we're legally required to.

We disclose personal information to:

  • Service providers and processors โ€” hosting, cloud storage, CRM, email delivery, analytics, scheduling, e-signature, accounting, and payment processing vendors. They are contractually limited to using the data only to perform services for us.
  • Advertising and marketing platforms โ€” ad networks, social platforms, and measurement partners that help us run and attribute campaigns. See Section 8.
  • Professional advisors โ€” lawyers, auditors, insurers, and accountants, under duties of confidentiality.
  • Clients and partners โ€” where you've asked to be introduced, or where sharing is necessary to deliver an engagement.
  • Legal and safety recipients โ€” courts, regulators, and law enforcement when we're required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Successors in a corporate transaction โ€” an acquirer, merger partner, or lender in connection with a financing, sale, or bankruptcy, subject to this policy continuing to apply.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent.

ยง 08

Selling and sharing for targeted advertising

In plain terms

We don't sell data for cash. But letting ad platforms drop pixels on our site legally counts as a "sale" or "share" in several states โ€” and you can switch it off.

Conversions Bridge does not exchange personal information for money.

However, several US state privacy laws define "sale" and "share" broadly. When advertising and analytics cookies are active on our website, identifiers and browsing activity associated with your device may be made available to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Virginia, Texas, and similar laws, that activity may be considered a sale or a share, or targeted advertising.

CategorySold or shared?Recipients
Identifiers (cookie IDs, IP address, device IDs)Yes โ€” for advertisingAdvertising networks, social media platforms, analytics providers
Internet and network activityYes โ€” for advertisingAdvertising networks, analytics providers
Commercial information (inferred interests)Yes โ€” for advertisingAdvertising networks

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16 years old.

To opt out: use [your "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link], adjust your cookie preferences, or send a GPC signal from your browser. You can also email us at [privacy@conversionsbridge.com].

ยง 09

Client data we process on their behalf

In plain terms

When we run campaigns for a client, their customer data belongs to them. Take your privacy questions about it to them, not us.

As a marketing agency, we often handle personal information that belongs to our clients โ€” for example leads generated by campaigns we manage, CRM records, email lists, or analytics from a client's website.

For that information, our client is the business or controller and Conversions Bridge acts as a service provider or processor. We handle it only under our written agreement with that client, only to provide the agreed services, and we do not retain, use, disclose, or sell it for any other purpose. We do not combine it with personal information from other sources except as our agreement permits.

If you believe one of our clients holds your information and you want to exercise your rights over it, contact that company directly. If you contact us instead, we'll pass the request to the client and support their response, but the client decides the outcome.

ยง 10

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, then delete or de-identify it. In general:

  • Inquiries that don't become engagements โ€” up to [24 months] from the last contact.
  • Client records and contracts โ€” for the length of the engagement plus [7 years], to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements.
  • Marketing subscribers โ€” until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we don't email you again by mistake.
  • Website analytics and advertising identifiers โ€” typically [14 months], or the retention period set by the platform.
  • Job applications โ€” up to [12 months] after the role closes, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

We may keep information longer where a legal hold, dispute, or regulatory obligation requires it.

ยง 11

How we protect it

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information โ€” including encryption in transit, access controls limited to staff who need the data, multi-factor authentication on business systems, vendor due diligence, and periodic review of our security practices.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable state law.

ยง 12

Your privacy rights

In plain terms

Depending on your state, you can ask what we hold, get a copy, fix it, delete it, or stop targeted advertising. We won't treat you worse for asking.

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have some or all of the following rights. Which ones apply depends on your state.

  • Right to know or access โ€” confirm whether we process your personal information and learn the categories collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients.
  • Right to a copy โ€” receive your personal information in a portable, machine-readable format.
  • Right to correct โ€” fix inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to delete โ€” ask us to delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to opt out โ€” stop the sale or sharing of your personal information, targeted advertising, and profiling that produces significant effects.
  • Right to limit sensitive information โ€” restrict use of sensitive personal information, where applicable.
  • Right to non-discrimination โ€” we won't deny service, charge a different price, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised a right.
  • Right to appeal โ€” if we decline your request, you may appeal our decision.

How to submit a request

Email [info@conversionsbridge.com] with the subject line "Privacy Request," or write to us at the address in Section 18. Tell us which right you're exercising and the state you live in.

How we verify you

To protect your information, we need to confirm your identity before acting. We'll usually ask you to confirm details we already hold โ€” such as the email address associated with your record. We may ask for more information for requests involving deletion or a full copy. We use verification information only to process the request.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request. We'll ask for written proof of the agent's authority and may contact you directly to confirm.

Our timeline

We acknowledge requests promptly and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we'll tell you within that window and may extend by up to 45 additional days. If we deny your request, we'll explain why and how to appeal. Appeals are decided within 45 to 60 days depending on your state, and if we deny an appeal we'll tell you how to contact your state attorney general.

If we can't identify you

Some data โ€” such as a cookie ID with no linked account โ€” cannot be tied to a real person without extra effort. Where we can't verify a connection between you and the data, we may decline the request and explain why. Opting out through your cookie settings or GPC is the better route for that kind of data.
